2025 Premio Services Year in Review

Premio Services 2025 Year in Review

Winter: Quick Response and Relevant Resources

We began the year closing out the last few cold months of winter alongside organizations driving community well-being forward. From strengthening community access to shared space with Teton Valley Foundation to cultural empowerment with African Community Development and Global Lounge, our grant support centered on local priorities. As federal funding freezes emerged, we launched rapid updates that cut through the noise by translating shifting government policy into what truly mattered for frontline organizations. We doubled down on our own federal grants training to ensure our guidance remained sharp, timely, and strategic.

Spring: Advocacy and Building Competitive Strength

As nature showed signs of new life across the state, Intermountain Fair Housing Council continued critical civil rights work while navigating intense funding pressures. We provided grant strategy and support grounded in urgency, equity, and accountability. In partnership with the City of Boise’s Department of Arts and History, we conducted our annual two-track grants workshop, helping to amplify stories of how arts, culture, and creative spaces fuel community identify and belonging.

Summer: Partnerships With Purpose

Between rafting trips and mountain bike rides in Idaho’s beautiful back yard, we joined an exciting partnership with three independent financial service companies focused solely on supporting nonprofits. strengthening fiscal health and long-term sustainability across the sector.

With grant funding becoming more competitive than any year prior, we expanded coaching and workshop offerings that equipped nonprofits to diversify revenue, build strong narratives, and pursue grants with confidence and data-driven clarity.

Autumn: Community Solidarity in Action

As Fall colors changed and federal cuts deepened, we showed up where the gaps hit hardest. We increased our annual donations to support organizations most affected and provided pro bono assistance to launch African Community Development’s Diaper Drive (diapers still needed! DONATE HERE and note “diaper drive”). We also broadened our statewide impact through a new workshop collaboration with Idaho Nonprofit Center, sharing grant success tips with organizations of every size and cause area.

2025: A Year of Response, Resilience, and Heart

2025 challenged us to move faster while staying mindful and grounded in mission. We strengthened our presence statewide, elevated valued voices, and helped organizations communicate the human stakes of their work in ways that resonate deeply with funders and the public. Most importantly, we grew in solidarity with those serving Idaho’s most underserved; families, individuals, and communities whose unmet needs remain central to our work. It is our honor to partner with charitable organizations in Idaho and beyond. Cheers to more grant strategy and wins in 2026!
