Description

Grants shouldn’t make you feel sick, overwhelmed, or behind. But for many nonprofits, they do.

This live, three-week workshop supports nonprofit leaders, staff, and volunteers who feel pressured to “go after grants” without the clarity, systems, or confidence to do it well.

Designed for organizations with budgets between $100K–$500K, limited staff, or growing complexity, the course focuses on preparation, alignment, and efficiency, helping small and mid-sized nonprofits move from scattered, stressful grant efforts to a clear, shared, and funder-ready strategy.

Through guided readiness work, collaborative tools, and expert facilitation, participants replace stress and guesswork with a clear pathway, shared expectations, and customized Master Grant Template they can rely on long after the workshop.

You’ll walk away feeling prepared (not panicked) to pursue grants that truly fit your organization, without burnout, mission drift, or wasted effort.

By the end of this three-week workshop, participants will:

  • Understand what true grant readiness looks like and how to assess whether their organization is truly prepared to pursue funding
  • Complete a practical Grant Readiness Checklist that clarifies gaps, roles, and realistic expectations
  • Build a customized Master Grant Template with compelling, funder-ready language they can reuse across applications, reports, and communications
  • Learn how to research and identify 10 best-fit funders aligned with their mission, geography, and capacity
  • Gain confidence, clarity, and a shared strategy that reduces stress, prevents mission drift, and saves time, whether they apply for grants internally or work with consultants later

What Makes This Workshop Unique

Unlike self-paced courses or one-off consultations, this is a live, guided experience led by an experienced grant consultant who understands both the technical and emotional realities of grant work. The workshop combines strategy, practical tools, and real-time support to help nonprofits not only BE, but FEEL grant ready.

Whether you are brand new to grants or refining an existing program, this course meets you where you are and helps you build a readiness foundation you can use again and again.
